Terms and Conditions
Pay for your tutoring at the time of booking your appointment. For your safety, we process billing with Paypal, so that your financial information is handled securely. We do not collect, handle nor store any of your financial information.
Your instructor will schedule your tutoring appointment in accordance with the availability you indicate on your appointment form.
Please show up for your appointment. There is no refund nor rescheduling of that session if you miss an appointment.
If you book a single appointment, your instructor will schedule the appointment for the first available time slot.
If you book multiple appointments, your instructor will schedule the first appointment and propose a plan for the rest. Both of you will discuss the proposed plan for subsequent appointments at your first meeting.
Your conversation with your teacher will last for thirty minutes. Tutoring takes place through Skype. Please set up this service before your appointment if you have not already done so. You will need your computer, internet access and your headphones and microphone ready for your tutoring appointment.
Your tutoring appointment may be one-on-one with your instructor, or may include up to three other learners of your target language.
If you need to reschedule a tutoring appointment, please e-mail your instructor directly to make new arrangements.
The tutoring package is valid for the length of your term.
